The models, architectures, software, and original content provided by NeuralVault remain the exclusive intellectual property of NeuralVault LLC unless specifically transferred via a custom development enterprise contract. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

3. Limitation of Liability

NeuralVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the services.
